More and more visitors would rather share an apartment or home than stay in a more limited hotel room. WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED
We recommend a commercial liability insurance policy specifically designed for short-term guests. It is underwritten by Lloyds of London and is so comprehensive that it is designed to fully replace the current coverage on the property, which can save you additional money if you choose. It even follows the guests when they are off the property, bringing peace of mind to everyone.
MAINTENANCE IS HANDLED
We schedule all minor maintenance as soon as a guest notifies us of an issue. There is no need for you to pay a property management company to maintain your place. Or if you typically handle repairs, you won’t get the call if a sink gets clogged or a toilet flusher stops working. We’ll take care of it. Just sit back and collect the profits deposited directly into your account from our business account.
PROFESSIONAL & REGULAR CLEANINGS
Many long-term renters rarely give the place a good cleaning, which increases wear and tear and invites dreaded mold to grow. We send a professional cleaning service in between each guest, restoring your place to showroom condition on a continuous basis. We freak out if there’s even a hair left on the floor when a new guest arrives. Our crew provides a linen service where laundry is done offsite, reducing water consumption.
LOWER WEAR AND TEAR
A homebody will create more wear and tear than business and leisure travelers. They’re at conventions and then out enjoying the local restaurants and sites we referred them to. The appliances are practically decorations. We do not allow parties or events and use a noise monitoring system so if noise does elevate to a bothersome level, we get a text message and can take immediate action. This is part of the responsible hosting mentioned earlier.
SECURE KEYLESS ENTRY
We can provide a secure, keyless entry system so that the only people with keys are you and us. Each guest receives their own unique code to enter on the keypad and it expires as soon as they leave. The cleaning crew has their own separate code and we can monitor exactly when people come and leave and which code they used.
